The Pathways Family Resource Center

We are thrilled to formally introduce The Pathways for Inclusion Family Resource Center - Where passion meets purpose. Pathways for Inclusion was created to bring meaningful resources, support, and connection to our rural community—serving families and individuals with disabilities with care, dignity, and hope. This is more than a resource center. It’s a place where families feel seen, supported, and empowered every step of the way.

We are so excited to begin introducing our community partners with you who will utilize our resource center as a hub for meaningful services in speech, feeding, diagnostic evaluations, occupational therapy, behavior support, and more.

Our family resource center is proud to partner with Hometown Pediatric Solutions, Kendall Behavioral Solutions, and BrightPath Evaluation Services LLC.

Through these partnerships our family resource center will serve as a hub for local families to receive quality services such as: speech therapy, feeding therapy, speech device assessments, occupational therapy, behavior therapy, parent training, behavior consultations, autism diganostic evaluations, ADHD and anxiety evaluations, educational tutoring, and support for learning differences like dyslexia, dysgraphia, and dyscalculia.

Pathways for Inclusion is dedicated to expanding access to resources for families and individuals with disabilities—right here in our rural community.

We can’t wait for you to meet the incredible providers who are teaming up with us, because we believe every family deserves support, and every individual deserves opportunity. As we prepare to open our doors we are looking for community sponsorship/dedication opportunites for our new Family Resource Center- and are inviting businesses and famililes to help us lay the foundation for inclusive, supportive care in our community.
